New Exclusive Members Community (Community Support Forum Closed)

Boardoo is pleased to announce the launch of our new Exclusive Members Community!  The Boardoo Exclusive Members Community was created to be a replacement for our old Customer Support Forum which we had began to outgrow as our range of products and services have expanded.  Our goal has always been to provide excellent products and customer service while building a sense of community amongs our members.  We felt that in order to meet that goal a new community-based forum was necessary. 

Part of the launch includes a switch away from a forum hosted on our phpBB platform.  We felt it was beneficial to our entire membership base to offer a forum that was not part of our virtual forum hosting platform since as we have been growing not all current Boardoo members host forums with us, and this new software package was needed for us to integrate more deeply into other areas of Boardoo, which was something we could not have been able to do in our virtual phpBB platform.

Effective immediately all Boardoo members now have an account in the Boardoo Exclusive Members Community and the old Customer Support Forum at http://support.boardoo.com is closed.  Boardoo accounts are now fully linked so that changes made in your forum account will reflect in your Boardoo account and vise-versa; additionally we have made it so that you should only have to login once no matter where on Boardoo you are!  In next few days we will be re-working the arcade and chat rooms to integrate more tightly with your Boardoo account.

Boardoo members who did not previously have an account in the support forum have been given one with a computer-generated username.  If you do not like the username that was assigned to you please contact a forum admin, or open a support ticket and request a change of username.  Finally, we would like your feedback on this change; please take a minute to tell us what you think by posting your comments in the Suggestion Box forum.
