Customer Support Center Upgraded!

We are delighted to announce that we have upgraded our Customer Support Center software.  The vendor of the software has selected us to participate in the final round of testing for their product and we are more than happy to participate.  The new look of the CSC is the most notable difference from the old, but there are many new enhancements as well.  We have a lot of work to do on this new system therefore for the short term the CSC will not be completely integrated with the rest of the site.

Please report any difficulties that you may experience, or any bugs or unexplained system behavior by visiting the Customer Support Center and opening a ticket to our Support department.
