New Customer Support Center and Signup System Now Online

Boardoo is pleased to announce the launch and immediate availablility of our new Customer Support Center and Signup System. This client area will be the one-stop place for signing up for services such as our free phpBB forums, purchasing forum upgrades and enhancements, as well as the place to get support when you need it. It also features a comprehensive knowledgebase and download section.

From this point onward, official support will be provided exclusively through the Customer Support Center utilizing support tickets. This system will allow us to track each every issue that is reported over the long term giving us the ability to track the frequency of certain problems and analyze trends to provide better support. With this we are also launching our new Premium Support service. Premium support is purchased on a per-incident basis and covers extras like style installation for our free forums, and also provides a 8 hour emergency response time.
