Effective 1/6/2009 our new support hours will be as follows: (All times are US Eastern)
General Sales Questions and Inquiries:
Monday - Saturday: 9am-8pm
Sunday: Closed
Basic Support (Forum, Web, & Blogs; Free Software, Demos, & Betas):
Monday - Friday: 9am-8pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Premium Support (Forum, Web, & Blogs, Software):
Monday - Friday: 9am-11pm
Saturday: 10am-11pm
Sunday: 11am-8pm
Emergency Support (Server Issues, Network Outages):
Monday - Sunday: 24/7
As usual we strive for the fastest possible turnaround time in all of our support requests, but please be aware that Premium Support requests take precedence over all others. Premium Support requests are normally responded to within 2 hours if posted during our office hours. Basic Support requests are typically responded to within 8 hours if posted during our office hours. Occasionally we may handle support requests outside of our normal office hours.
